Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases of Decision Room and Strategy Lab on upscalestrategy.com. The negotiation course has its own terms on forhandlingsuddannelse.dk.

The products

• Decision Room, one decision (DKK 495 excl. VAT): one board session with charter, six advisers, the chair's synthesis and the journal. Valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Decision Room, annual access (DKK 4,995 excl. VAT): up to 20 board sessions within 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions lapse when the period ends.
• Strategy Lab, one project (DKK 9,995 excl. VAT): the seven steps of Upscale Bridge for one strategy project, the analysis brief, the one-page strategy and the presentation. Access is opened after a conversation, for the period agreed.

Every purchase is one account with a cap. A session is counted when the chair's synthesis has been delivered; an interrupted session is not counted. A daily limit on AI calls protects against runaway use; when it is reached, the tool says so and continues the next day at no extra charge.

Prices and payment

Decision Room and Strategy Lab are sold to businesses and shown excluding VAT; Danish VAT of 25 percent is added as a separate line. Payment is a one-off card payment through Stripe. You receive a receipt and an invoice with VAT specified. Nothing is charged automatically afterwards: there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Delivery

Access opens as soon as Stripe has confirmed the payment, normally within seconds. If the confirmation fails, the board shows a message and you can retry without paying again.

Right of withdrawal

Business purchases carry no right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days, but because the tools are digital content delivered immediately, you consent at purchase to delivery starting at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses when it does. The consent is recorded with the purchase. If we refund a purchase in full, access bought with that payment is closed at the same time.

Intended use and responsibility

Decision Room and Strategy Lab are decision support. The advisers and the coach are AI personas: they ask, challenge and structure, and they can be wrong. The decision, and the responsibility for it, stays with you. The tools are not intended for decisions about individual people, such as hiring, dismissal or credit, and must not be used for that. Our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.

Your data

Charters, decisions, projects and journals are yours. You can download everything as one file or delete your account and all content at any time from Your account and your data. Where and how data is processed is described on Security and data and in the privacy policy. Companies can request a data processing agreement, which we send the same day.

Write to cdla@upscalestrategy.com. We answer on weekdays, normally within three working days.

If we close

Should Upscale Strategy stop offering a tool, you are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, you can export your data throughout that period, and unused, prepaid access is refunded proportionally.

Complaints and governing law

Consumers may complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk, or through the EU online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/odr. Danish law applies, and disputes are settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
