Behind Upscale Strategy
Claus Dahlmann Larsen
Founder and adviser
Claus Dahlmann Larsen brings more than 30 years of international experience across strategy, commercial development, organisation and negotiation. He has held senior commercial roles at Carlsberg, Kellogg's and Coca-Cola and works today as an adviser and trainer for leadership teams and companies across the Nordics.
He is trained as a negotiator at The Gap Partnership and Scotwork and has trained employees at Haldor Topsøe, DSB and Coop among others. His role in an engagement is to structure the process, challenge the assumptions and keep responsibility with leadership.
