Education Lab
Training you can use when the conversation becomes difficult.
The most expensive mistakes in a negotiation rarely happen because people do not know the theory. They happen because nobody practised before the pressure came. Education Lab gives you short modules and an AI counterpart that negotiates back, so you can practise your own cases whenever it suits you and the method becomes everyday behaviour. When a whole team needs to improve, we add an in-person programme.

On the way
Three new programmes are in development.
The same engine and the same method as the negotiation programme: short modules, exercises, checks and an AI counterpart to train against. Each gets its own domain and its own identity.
In development
The sales programme
salgsuddannelse.com
Commercial behaviour from first meeting to signature. Built on the same engine, with an AI customer instead of an AI counterpart.
In development
The AI programme
ai-uddannelse.com
Practical AI for leaders who want to use it in operations rather than talk about it. Built on practical experience of applying AI in day-to-day business.
In development
The strategy programme
strategiuddannelse.dk
Strategy work as a discipline, not as a seminar. It follows the same model that sits underneath Strategy Lab.
They open when the content is finished, not before. Until then, the negotiation programme is the place to start.

Why learning belongs here
Strategy and decisions only hold if someone can carry them through.
Strong negotiations depend on more than the arguments used in the meeting. Preparation and behaviour at the table matter just as much. That is why training is part of the work at Upscale Strategy, not an add-on to it.
- 01Preparation is structured, not improvised
- 02The method can be used the next day, not only understood
- 03Training continues whenever you need it
For companies
Programmes built on your own negotiations.
- 01
Clarify the need
We look at the negotiations that actually decide your results, and what is not working today.
- 02
Design the programme
Content, cases and exercises are built on your own situations, not on constructed examples.
- 03
Train together
In-person workshops with role play and feedback, where participants practise the behaviour that has to change.
- 04
Keep it alive
The AI counterpart and the exercises make sure the method is used, not just understood.

See it before you buy
An AI counterpart that negotiates back.
The programmes are not only videos and quizzes. You practise against a counterpart with its own mandate, which does not give in because you are polite. The extract is from the house purchase scenario in the negotiation programme, and it is shortened.
The exercise the participant has entered
You want to buy the house on Skovvej. The asking price is DKK 3.4m, you have set your limit at 3.15, and the agent knows you have viewed it twice.
NegoBot · estate agent, the seller's side
Two others viewed the house today, and one of them has already said price is not the issue. If you want it, you need to be clear right now.
Participant · buyer
I understand. Before I say anything, I would like to know what matters to the seller besides price. Is the handover date fixed?
The debrief afterwards
You did the right thing by not bidding when the pressure came, and your question moved the conversation from price to interests. What is missing is your walk-away point: you went in without having written down the most you will pay. Without that number you are exposed to exactly this kind of pressure. Write it down before you go in next time.
- Eight modules with lessons, exercises and checks, taken at your own pace
- An AI counterpart with two scenarios that pushes you the way a real one does
- A debrief after every conversation, saying what you did well and what it cost you
- Your negotiation profile and a certificate once the final test is passed
NegoBot is a practice partner, not a source of final answers. It can be wrong, and that is why every conversation ends in a debrief you are free to disagree with.
What the testers said
The testers who agreed to be named.
Allan Bodal
Commercial and Sales Leader (in Danish)
Forhandlingsuddannelsen
“Jeg bliver meget mere bevidst om, hvordan jeg skal planlægge og angribe en forhandling. Det omvendte T er rigtig, rigtig godt, og skabelonen er virkelig brugbar. NegoBot virker virkelig stærk: jeg gav den komplekse problemstillinger, og den var meget skarp. Jeg har fået alternativer og spørgsmål på banen til min næste forhandling.”

Everything you write stays in the EU
The database is with Supabase in Ireland and the server runs on Render in Frankfurt. Nothing you write is stored outside the EU.
Only you
Access is enforced at row level in the database, so your projects and decisions can only be read by your own account.
The model call is the exception, and we say so
The text in an AI call goes to Anthropic in the United States and is not used to train models. The database and the journal never leave the EU.

Start with the need
Should your organisation become stronger at the table?
Tell us about the negotiations that matter most in your business, and we will look at whether a tailored programme or the self study course fits best.
The digital training can be used whenever the need arises. When your team needs to practise together in person, we can arrange a programme.
